Hydrocarbon Sector Union
The Hydrocarbon Sector Union (HSU) is a central trade union organization established through the voluntary association of employees working in the hydrocarbon sector throughout Albania. It includes both public and private companies operating in the hydrocarbon industry, including administrations, subsidiaries, offices and branches, research institutes, supervisory agencies, commercial companies, and any other entities directly or indirectly connected to the hydrocarbon sector.
The HSU aims to protect the common interests of employees in the hydrocarbon sector and workers in general. It seeks to achieve optimal standards of welfare, ensure equal rights in the workplace for both men and women, provide equal opportunities and chances for all social groups and age categories, and guarantee occupational health and safety conditions at work...
